Because I live near Philly (only a 3 hour when not 2,5 hour drive with the bus) I only made a daytrip to see Philly. But it is defenitely worth a visit – even more than one.
- Liberty Bell (it is enough to just drive around and see it, but you can also go inside but then you have to stand in a line)
- City Hall
- Franklin Institute (really nice place to take pictures ;-))
- Old City (it is fun to just wander around the streets of Philly. The city has a special vibe with all the art and the small streets and the special little houses. There also markets and festivals all over!)
- Magic Gardens (it’s worth to pay around 8 Dollar to get in there!)
- Love Park
- South Street
I believe there are a lot more places to go, but like I said I was there for only 1 day and we were more the types to wander around 🙂
